Shipping & Cancellation

1.    We are pleased to announce that now ALL orders within Malaysia come with FREE Pos Laju service no matter if you are in East Malaysia or Peninsular.

2.    All Pos Laju will take 1-3 days to deliver. We can't be responsible for late delivery as we don't have control over the postal services.

3.    Additional delays may occur during festival seasons due to high demand and heavy load on postal services. We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.

4.    We do ship internationally. Please contact us for the Shipping fee or refer to Pos Laju International.

5.    We do have COD ( Cash on Delivery ) service for Johor Bahru, Kulai, even Singapore as long as the venue and time can be agreed mutually.

6.    Pre-order items can sometimes take up to 21 business days to arrive you since items will have to be purchased in USA or Europe and they can take a while to arrive. Any incurred import duties/taxes will be borne by LuxuryGaleries.com.

7.    Only pre-order can be cancelled under the circumstances such as the item couldn't be purchased in any way or the delivery takes too long to arrive.
