1.    We are pleased to announce that now ALL orders within Malaysia come with FREE express courier service no matter if you are in East Malaysia or Peninsular.

2.    All parcels will take 1-3 days to deliver. 

3.    Additional delays may occur during festival seasons due to high demand and heavy load on postal services.

4.    We do ship internationally. Please contact us for the Shipping fee.

5.    We do have COD ( Cash on Delivery ) service for Johor Bahru, Kulai, even Singapore as long as the venue and time can be agreed mutually.

6.    Pre-order items can sometimes take up to 21 business days to arrive you since items will have to be purchased in USA or Europe and they can take a while to arrive. Any incurred import duties/taxes will be borne by LuxuryGaleries.com.

7.    Only pre-order can be cancelled under the circumstances such as the item couldn't be purchased in any way or the delivery takes too long to arrive.
